The latest version of TERMS has been released. The highlights of this release are:
Web Surveys
Online Web Surveys can now be targeted to learners who are active and/or have withdrawn and users can stop batch requests going out for certain types of provision.
Residency
The residency descriptions have been updated in accordance with the latest rules.
Hiding online enrolments
New options allow for users to select online enrolments that will not be available to view by Learners via their online account.
Full details for assessments
Users can now make the online assessment booking process request full details of the learner, saving time during the subsequent assessment and enrolments.
Tutor Messaging
The messaging between Tutors and users within TERMS has been extended to allow for much larger messages to be exchanged.
Collated Statistics
The calculations for collated statistics within the Study Aim data have been re-written and now are generated on-demand within the statistics screen.
Activity Menu
The Activity menu will now show the full Provider Monitoring A to D code whilst browsing down Activities.
Destination and Progression
The online Destination and Progression form will now accept future dates from Learners.
Payroll Export
A new export has been added to the Payroll processing to extract the pay claim data in a format required by some authorities.
Attendance Summaries
A new reporting view has been added that will allow for the summary of Learner attendance by week and month.
