An option has been added to the Activity web tab where a published course will automatically stop allowing enrolments and will change to be Information only after the entered number of days i.e. if -2 or 2 was entered then 2 days before or after the course starts respectively it will appear as information only on the web.
Facility Lettings Reports Enhanced
The Facility Lettings reporting view has been enhanced to automatically look up the relevant details for the associated activity, programme, event, and person. See the Reporting Module notes for more details.
Get Last Web Login function
A GetLastWebLogin() function has been added to the Staff Registrations reporting view by request. This returns the date and time of the staff member as a string.
Hide Handed Off CRM Enquiries
The Browse Learner CRM Enquiries screen now has the functionality to quickly hide CRM enquiries that have been “handed off” by ticking the relevant on-screen option.
Hide Resolved CRM Enquiries
The Browse Learner CRM Enquiries screen now has the functionality to quickly hide CRM enquiries that have been “Resolved” by ticking the relevant on-screen option.
ID Card Printing
A more formalised process for tracking the printing of ID cards has added in this release. See the release notes for more details.
Learner Monitoring A+B fields
The learner monitoring A+B fields have been added to various reports – see the notes for the Reporting Module for more details.
Load Licence File
This only applies to non-hosted customers: An option has been added to the Update System License screen to Load Licenses from a WMS supplied file – this will update the system license, and workstations with the latest Keycodes. which will allow users to carry on using their old Keycode without needing to change.
Moodle Export
There is now a dedicated Moodle Export option that will create Course, Tutor and Learner export files in a format that Moodle can import. See the Web Module release notes for more details.
Planned End dates and LAs
Some changes have been made to the interaction between Agreed Learner Agreements (LAs) and Planned End Dates for Study Aims. See the release notes for more details.
RORO Registration End Dates
Web enrolments to a course marked as RORO will have their end date set based on the number RORO weeks specified against the activity.
Security: Show Study Aim buttons
A new security point has been added to the Update Study Learner screen called “Show Study Aim Buttons” – this is switched on by default but can be switched off to stop users being able to insert/change/delete Study Aims from the Update Study Learner Screen.
SMS Program Learners change
The logic behind the SMS programme registrations option has been changed to automatically exclude early completers unless the programme has finished where all active learners (including early completers) will be included.
Surname Expanded to 50
The length of the surname field in the Update People screen has been expanded to 50 characters. All relevant reports and screens have been updated to accommodate the change.
Ukrainian Immigration Type
The option of Ukrainian has been added to the list of Immigration Types for Residency.
