2025/26 Funding changes
A new funding year has been added to the Funding Menu screen along with changes to study data screens and ILR build processes etc. in preparation for the new funding year.
Aim Is Continuing Option
An option (Aim is Continuing) has been added to the Update Study Aim screen to keep the completion status as “Continuing” in the ILR until the option is unticked.
The option will be set automatically for registrations onto programmes with the new Manually Complete Aims option on the Update Programme screen.
Analysis Category 1-4 Provider
The analysis category fields 1-4 can now be set to the internal TERMS provider name.
Aims Not Started Count for SATs
The Update Study Aim Target screen now shows the number of aims yet to start.
Automatically set Maths Level 2 flag
A funding reference can now be marked as being Maths Level 2 and any results for registrations with it will set the Maths Level 2 flag against the learner.
The add results screen will have the option to override this but will not change the status of the people flag if unticked.
Bootcamp LAs
Learning Agreements can now be triggered for Bootcamp registrations and included in the response request batch process.
Browse Sent Surveys for a Person
The Browse Sent Surveys screen for a person can now be accessed from the People Menu (Options drop down), the Activity Menu (Options drop down), and the Update Registration Details screen via the Surveys Sent button. The URL link for the highlighted survey can be copied from the browse screen.
Create Study Aims with Ignore set
An option has been added to the Update Funding Group screen to force Study Aims to be created but with the Ignore for ILR option ticked to stop them being included in any ILR builds.
This is to allow screens like Study Aim Targets or Study Collated Stats to see them for analysis but not have them accidently appear in an ILR build.
Google Classroom Export
The ability to generate an export file(s) for Google Classroom has been added.
Highlight Activity in the main menu
An option has been added to the Update Activity screen to highlight it in the Activity Menu. The option is on the Main Details tab.
Ignore for ILP option at Registration
An option to Ignore for ILP has been added to the Line Details Funding Tab accessible from the “Toggle Line” screen of the registration wizard.
People Tag for Web Survey Emails
The <*PEONAME*> tag has been added to the email template for Web Survey Emails.
Online Staff Groups for Registers
A list of staff can be added to an Activity Category in the new Online Group tab. Any staff in that list will be granted access to the online registers for all activities with that Activity Category.
SAP Export
A new option to export for SAP has been added to the Browse Pay Run Results screen. It will produce an export file that can be imported straight into the SAP accounts package.
The path for the export file is set in the Update Account Parameters screen.
Staff Attendance Reporting View
This is a new reporting view to show attendance associated with Staff Registrations including future events for the registration and also ad hoc attendance where, say, a staff member has substituted on a programme but is not registered to it.
Stop Activity Name Changes
A new security point has been added to the Update Activity screen to stop the Activity being amended.
Warning if ICE details missing
A warning message will pop up if updating a person and the general ICE details are empty.
What 3 Words Tag for Reminders
The <*W3W*> tag has been added to Registration reminders and will be substituted with the venue’s What Three Words value when sending registration reminders out to learners.
