How do I add a venue to a course?
Answer
Venues can be created and edited in the TERMS Maintenance Menu, Activities tab, Venues button (icon is an envelope).
In update an Activity you can assign a Venue on the Parameters tab - the topmost button is a browse of the Venues and the red cross will remove the Venue from the activity.
When inserting a new Activity you can assign the Venue on the Define New Activity page by using the "Extra Information" button to pop up the Extra Information screen where you can select a Venue
