How do I set the type of funding, ie, NLDC, PCDL, WFL, FLLN, against a course?
Answer
You want to look at what is called Funding Groups within TERMS.
From the TERMS drop-down
- Maintenance
- Activities Tab
- Funding (pile of coins button)
you will see a list of Funding Groups, which can also be used for reporting, filtering, etc.
Each Funding Group has it's own set of Funding References (Aim Codes) which can be inserted and those are used for the ILR.
When setting up or amending a course, the Select beside the funding will let you choose a Funding Group and Reference from your lists.
