The PageOne SMS service that is used by TERMS is called "email to SMS" as it utilises the email engine within TERMS.
If you do not already have an "email to SMS service" with PageOne you will need to contact them. They will provide you with a specific email address to use. If you already have an account with PageOne we would recommend that you ask to extend your current account to this service rather than pay for a new service.
