Activity SMS Log
There is now an option off the main Activity Options menu to view the SMS log for an Activity. This will start showing Activity SMS messages sent after this release has been installed.
Bulk Messages in People Menu
The Bulk Message Centre can now be accessed from the People Menu People options. A security point has been added to control user access. See the Security section of the release notes for more details.
Charge Table Security Points
Security Points (all level 3 by default) have been added to screens that relate to charges tables and update screens. The security points are:
- Browse Charge Tables
- Update Activity Charge Table Template
- Update Activity Charge Table Template Item
- Update Facility Charge Table Template Item
- Update Pay Scale Item

Concession Full Funding Indicator
Note that if the Activity has been set as Fully Funded the FFI value will be Fully Funded.
- Specific FM10 FFI. A specific FFI value for FM10 can now be set on the concession record.
- Specific FM35 FFI. A specific FFI value for FM35 can now be set on the concession record.
Funding Collated Statistics
ACL types added to Provision - The new ACL codes will show in the Provision grouping for ILR Collated Statistics as lines with a description forms similar to “CL ACL x {ACL description}”
New Immigration Type
A new immigration type of “Leave to Remain + 3 years” has been added to the Immigration Type drop list on the Update People screen.
New Reports
See the Reporting Module section for more details about the new reports mentioned below and changes to reporting views.
- TERMS Study Aim Targets Comparison. This report sorts by Target name and year to show annual values for a Study Aim Target side by side for comparison.
- Courses Running This Week by Day and Activity Type. This report will work out the week it is being run in and show all Activities with events during that time sorted by Day of Week and then Activity Type.
- Courses Running Next Month by Day and Activity Type. This report will work out which month to use and show all Activities with events during that time sorted by Day of Week and then Activity Type.
- Courses Running in Date Range by Day and Activity Type. This report will ask for the date range to be specified and will then show all Activities with events during that period sorted by Day of Week and then Activity Type. This report will not work if batched!
Planning Sheet Updates
Set web image from another activity. The Use Image From column in the planning sheet can be used to set where an activity should get its web image from.
Web Search Tags 1-4 Added. The 4 Search Tag fields on the Admin Notes tab of the Update Activity screen can now be imported from the latest planning sheets.
Registration Objectives
Completed Option. A completed option has been added to registration objectives to allow for learners completing but not achieving an objective.
Study Aim References
Max GLH. A max GLH field has been added to Update Study Aim References.
Min GLH. A min GLH field has been added to Update Study Aim References
Update from LARS. The funding values for an individual Study Aim Reference can now be updated from LARS data using the Update From LARS button.
Study Aim Targets
SAT Progression Rate. Study Aim Targets now have Target and Actual values for Learner Progression Rate. The rate is calculated as the number of aims with Learner Progression ticked divided by the number of starts.
SAT Soft Outcome Achievement Rate. Study Aim Targets now have Target and Actual Rate values for Soft Outcome Achievement Rate. The rate is calculated as the number of aims with Soft Outcomes ticked divided by the number of starts.
SAT Security Category. Study Aim Targets can now have a security category set against them to control visibility to users.
