New Finance Tab in Update People
The update people screen now has a finance tab that shows all debts and receipts for the person.
New Registration Summary Report
The registration process has been amended to allow a report to be produced after the process payment screen at the end of the registration cycle.
Set Completion Status with Result
The add result and bulk add results screens now have “completed” option that, if set, will mark the registration/aim as completed.
Planning Sheet Enhancements
The planning spreadsheet has had extra columns and functionality added.
Planning Import by CSV Only
Due to date processing issues the import from spreadsheet function has been removed temporarily until a solution can be found.
ILR Collated Statistics
The groupings available to ILR Survey Collated Statistics have been enhanced with Learner and Delivery monitoring now available along with Employment Status and Prior Attainment.

The groupings available to Study Aim Statistics have been enhanced with Learner and Delivery monitoring now available along with Employment Status and Prior Attainment.
Blended Learning Indicator
A check box has been added to the programme record to indicate there is blended learning involved.
Copy File To Reports Folder
Hosted users can now copy images to the report folder.
Venue on Receipts
An option has been added to accounts to show the venue on receipts.
General ICE Details
The people record can now have a general ICE contact name recorded along with a contact number.
Promotional Discount Codes
Promo codes with discounts can now be created for one use or multiple use and applied at the point of registration.
They can also be configured to be used for online enrolments.
New LA Options
Check boxes have been added to the Learner Agreement screen to record that the learner is a Care Leaver, a Previous Learner, Requires ALS, and to inform the tutor that ALS is required.
Clear System Logs Button
A button to tidy up the logs has been added that will remove log entries older than a year.
Map Zone For Venues
Venues can now have a 4 digit Map Zone Reference that can be used by a web site to show courses for a map grid/zone area e.g. County/area split into quarters, sixths, etc.
New ONSPD Fields
Extra administration boundary fields have been added to the ONS Postcode data for future reporting: Westminster Parliamentary Const., Urban/Rural indicator, Built up area indicators, and also Devolved Source of Funding.
